Rebecca Hardy is the Clinical Coordinator for MyWorkplaceHealth. Rebecca can turn any situation from high stress, into a cool calm. Her role includes being the main point of contact for all new referrals, matching them to the appropriate associate based on their psychological health needs, and managing the client intake process. Rebecca has extensive experience in office management and nearly 15 years in customer service.
Prior to joining MyWorkplaceHealth, Rebecca spent 7 years with one of Canada’s leading casual restaurants as a shift leader and office manager. While in school, Rebecca worked with Vancouver Coastal Health, Fraser Health Authority and St. Paul’s Hospital in the Eating Disorder Clinic and Palliative Care Unit.
Rebecca is passionate about workplace health because she recognizes that companies with higher levels of mental health awareness thrive, are more successful and have higher employee satisfaction. She is known for her kind and compassionate communication style.
When not booking in new clients or handling clinical administration, you can find Rebecca skiing, golfing and baking cookies.
