Our Approach to Strategizing Solutions
Building a psychologically healthy and safe workplace takes time. While there isn’t one right place to start, industry standards are clear: every organization has a responsibility to start somewhere. Let our CSA & industry experts guide you, leveraging the strengths your organization already has.

It’s one thing to have depth and breadth of knowledge in the area of mental health and the workplace, and it’s another to be able to communicate this information in a meaningful and concise way to audiences from all walks of life. Dr. Samra has mastered both.
I began working with Dr. Samra in 2014. From our first conversation I was confident we would enjoy working together as she exhibits respect and professionalism in all aspects of her work and relationships. University of Fredericton (UFred) is proud to have Dr. Samra as the Program Lead for our Centre for Psychological Health Sciences. Dr. Samra developed the content for our Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace programs. UFred feels very fortunate to have someone of Dr. Samra’s caliber lead the charge on such important coursework. It’s a joy to watch her grow her practice and expand the services offered through MyWorkplaceHealth, an amazing resource for workplaces with respect to mental health. I value Dr. Samra’s energy, enthusiasm, and spirit and feel blessed to have this opportunity to work together.
In 2018, Mindful Employer Canada was in the middle of leading a two-year case study with 25 not-for-profits across Canada. By the time we reached out to Dr. Samra and her team, we had already created surveys and been assessing people leaders for 18 months. Our data was in absolute chaos. If Dr. Samra and her team hadn’t been so willing to work with the data we already had, and help us to improve our assessment system, this case study may have been a flop. We are forever grateful to Dr. Samra and her team for their amazing work, and they are a resource that we will definitely use in the future.
