In this 4-hour course, participants learn how to enhance their psychological health, wellness and resilience, given the myriad of demands they face. They’ll break down stress and how to approach it in a way that allows them to thrive, and explore the four components of emotional intelligence. What People Are Saying

Recently Dr. Samra addressed a group of c-suite executive safety leaders on the importance of mental health and safety. Her presentation was awesome and she captivated the group, while keeping them involved in the conversation.

George W. Higgins, President at Identity Management Incorporated

Dr. Samra has been a trusted researcher, developer, and advisor to the Workplace Strategies for Mental Health for many years. Her ability to leverage psychological research in a practical and useful way for employers and leaders has contributed to major resources such as Guarding Minds at Work, Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment, and Building Stronger Teams. Dr. Samra’s expertise and work ethic are truly exceptional.

Mary Ann Baynton,
Director of Strategy and Collaboration with Workplace Strategies for Mental Health

I worked with Dr. Samra on a major research project that she led to conduct a review of changes in the landscape of workplace mental health in Canada over the last 10 years. Through these experiences I have learned that she is smart, well-organized, and a good writer. She has a positive and supportive style of collaborating with colleagues of different levels of expertise and perspectives. She is one of the few experts in the field of mental health that understands both the personal/clinical and applied/business perspectives that are needed to create healthy organizations and thus happy and productive employees.
