Leader Assessments & Customized Training and Development Plans
We conduct leader assessments and develop individualized leader training and development plans, using assessment tools developed by founding members of the CSA Technical Committee. We can administer leader assessments on an individualized basis, or in the context of team-training. Leaders’ self-assessment results may be complemented with aggregate, anonymized feedback obtained from their direct reports.
