Johanna Ward is a Fitness & Wellness Consultant with MyWorkplaceHealth, offering online (virtual) fitness training and coaching services, including fitness assessments and consultations; ongoing coaching programs; on-site fitness consultation and coaching; and, lunch and learn sessions (on-site, and via webinar) on a range of health and wellness topics.
Johanna is a NASM certified Fitness Trainer & Behaviour Change Specialist, with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. She loves to help others discover the joy of movement and how to use that to make improvements in their body, mind and mood. Johanna’s fitness philosophy is based in a life belief that every moment and every movement matters. It is also simple and effective; find your IT factor, the thing that motivates you to move, and do IT!
IT also stands for inspired time and integrated training. Her sessions focus on core-stability, posture awareness and efficient exercise design to maximize your training time. As a professional mover and shaper, she combines fun and function, helping people build stronger bodies from the inside out. Finding balance, grace, and strength in fitness and in life.

Johanna is a regular fitness contributor to CTV Morning Live Vancouver, and has shared her wellness advice on CBC’s Our Vancouver, CKNW, and in BC Living Magazine. She was named canfitpro’s Top 3 2016 Fitness Instructor Specialist of the Year, and is a previous YWCA Women of Distinction nominee in Health & Fitness.
