Jacqui Haines is an accomplished management professional with 25+ years of experience in client service, customer relations, corporate strategy, leadership, team building, and business administration. She is highly skilled in shaping the foundations and structure of successful corporate governance, standards and project management in both start-up and established business environments.

A pioneer in the Canadian legal cannabis industry, Jacqui established Canopy Growth’s award-winning Care Centre and internationally accredited training centre. Jacqui was also instrumental in developing the framework and structure of the SuperPages Canada national contact centre and shaping the standards and governance structure for several Canadian and International companies.

Jacqui’s ability to build and connect business systems and processes that deliver professional, creative, scalable and effective outcomes and her collaborative leadership style is a great fit for organizations looking to establish or upgrade their standards and project workflow.

Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and has achieved certifications in change management, negotiation, strategic planning and project management.  She is also a Certified Permaculture Designer.
